      Some friendly people here, different office space that evokes creativity, and the CEO is welcoming

      Cons

      Poor middle management, a few employees feel they are more superior than others and don't feel ashamed to show it. There is a bizarre feeling of Michigan hippies mixed with an odd religious undertone that secretly fuels the company

      Pros

      The work environment at DBA is second to none. From CEO to Junior associate, DBA finds creative and innovative ways to not only meet but exceed their clients' needs in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, opportunity is everywhere which allows for all employees to gain experience and build their personal portfolio.

      Cons

      The salary at DBA can be a bit more constrained due to the fact that the agency is smaller in sizing compared to other agencies.
