      Small company, very supportive withing the Consulting and Operations (support) teams Can be very lucrative for consultants, when work is available (using a pay structure similar to revenue-sharing) Flexible work schedule and locations

      Weak CEO Lack of integration of recent adjacent acquisitions resulting in redundancy and conflicting corporate direction/priorities When biotech sector struggles, consultants are provided limited hours

      they bring work to me, pays well

      benefits are not as good as an employee, limited support, templates or IT, had to bring my own computer. Has aquired several companies but has not put them together yet. limited career growth
