Pros

Paid to exercise and do fun dances

Cons

A significant amount of unpaid time is required for learning dances, which can take hours, as well as participating in photoshoots and content creation unpaid. It often feels like young dancers are being taken advantage of. Additionally, the leadership team is not particularly friendly or welcoming, with many team members describing the environment as having a "mean girl" dynamic. There is quick turnover in trainers.

Pros

If you can teach your class then get out and avoid interaction with upper management then it is not so bad. Clients are very nice and you work out while getting paid. Decent work/life balance because you can offer your availability, but if you are scheduled it is pretty much impossible to get off which is a huge deterrent if you want to be a professional dancer, due to the last minute nature of auditions.

Cons

Trainers do get injured and there is no workers compensation or even compassion from management. There is no room for growth regardless of how long you work there or how good your classes are. All trainers are paid the same rate with no opportunities for raises. There is a lot of talk of women empowerment but in reality, this company is run by mean girls who do not support you aside from making sure you teach your classes.
