Pros
Laid back atmosphere, and great staff and faculty! The campuses are amazingly beautiful. Several campuses spread out across the metroplex to accommodate commutes.
Cons
Not many! There are some instances of bureaucracy in the communication chain but that is to be expected in an organization this size.
