The job has paid holidays and the schedule can be flexible depending on your department.
Cons
Administrators are allowed to do whatever they want in their departments, including treating the employees like slaves. HR is a joke and won't help with concerns or issues. It's not about the students but the illusion that we are helping them. After years of being here, nothing has changed. Some campuses are better than others, by most people leave to work at other colleges outside of DCCCD.
