      Pros

      Great opportunity for students and interns to get some experience in a relevant field. Innovative products. Lower-level employees are friendly and hard-working. Work/life balance is good in most roles. Changes in leadership are encouraging.

      Cons

      Lowest pay you will find anywhere. Nepotism is rampant and it's impossible to move up unless you know the right people. Management and HR do not care about you as a person whatsoever.

      Good support system and feeling of team and company wide culture. Does not feel like you are left to figure things out a lone and can receive support if you ask for it.

      Cons

      While not bad, there can be super busy periods in the year while other times may be very slow.
