      GEt treated mostly as an adult whilke working, very little micro managing, great Staff in the tech support depatment network support mdepoartment is helpful (teir3)

      Cons

      Dont have all companmy policies in place didnt have proper (Legal) Posters posted in a common area made up Rules to fire people, uncorrdinated, Terriable communication over all not worth working for

      Pros

      Overall, it was a good place to work. I enjoyed my time there, and DakotaPro has a cohesive, team-oriented environment.

      Cons

      The one major drawback is the lack of pay raises. Based on my experience, a person can work there for a long time, but raises are few and far between.
