      Management's main goal feels to be to punish dissent and discourage discussion, at the same time blaming employees for management failures. The management also are ignorant of our work.

      Sometimes seems a lot is going on in the office, tough to get work done if people are socializing in common areas. No cons I experienced were specific to company leadership. Loved every second here!
