Able to discuss pay with leader.

Cons

The company does not recognize performance or recognition until your merit conversation. You cannot negotiate pay throughout the year. You will get shut down. Pay gaps do exist. Even if you hold the same exact role with someone else and have ben in the role for the same exact time, pay discrepancy does exist between male and females. The pay gap is unfair and no match or equal pay will be an option

Pros

Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

Cons

Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
