Pros
For some business roles there is openness to working from home, they are becoming more rare though as the company moves into more draconian working styles.
Cons
Leadership is old fashion and does not display a great deal of trust in their employees. There's a definite division of us and them with leadership being separated at many levels and lacking communication with everyone else. Not only that but it's rife with silos and pockets of groups with significantly different procedures that step on each other's feet. It has been getting worse everyday and nothing is being done to make it better.
