Unprofessional, lack of transparency - Talent Acquisition DaVita Employee Review

While interviewing with the company, the recruiter never got back to me on the status of my application. I always had to contact them for updates after each interview. 3 weeks after conducting my virtual interview, I received a rejection email. Lacked the professional courtesy to call or create a personalized note for someone that has invested several hours in the interview process. A reflection of their culture. Also, compensation package I was quoted was ~50k lower than I was making at previous job. This behavior is a reflection of their culture - glad to not be working for them.
