Pros
Not many I'm afraid.Sadly as with most health care companies the patients and staff are second to profits.
Cons
NO MATCHING 401K.The company treats patients differently if they have a higher paying insurance.I've seen many patients schedules changed because someone with better insurance wanted to change there "spot".A fair amount of turn over.Bonuses are NOT very impressive and benefits are not the best if you have a family.A decent place to work but too many people have the same complaint of feeling wrung dry and used.It can be difficult to keep positive but those of use who still enjoy patient care are trying to stick together.
