Pros

Flexible time, Work from home

Cons

Management has this some kind of weird culture wherein they ask the employees to chant weird stuff and vote for them every time there's a contest about who's the best employer or which company is the number 1. Salary is very low compared to the standard set by salary.com. No career growth as opposed to what they tell you on your Orientation. They don't promote people from within and hire outside Davita. Due to greed, they lowered, the Triple Crown bonuses as well as the yearly increases although you have exerted a lot of effort and dedication to the organization.

Pros

Stable company to work for with great benefits. DaVita offers tuition reimbursement, so it pays to go back to school and get a degree. They also help with career advancement and development.

Cons

If you are new to dialysis, it may take a while to reach a decent wage. You are required to work 12 hour shifts, mostly on your feet, and managers will always look to add to your workload.

Pros

Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

Cons

Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
