Pros
The owner is very positive, kind and understanding. He works with you on most things and he is a great teacher. It is a great place to learn and get experience.
Cons
The owner's hands are tied in regard to policy. He lets his clients walk all over him which can make your job harder. There are no benefits and no room for growth or promotion opportunities. You will always be 1099 with no time and a half overtime.
