The team really becomes your family, they want you to see you and help you succeed, they keep strong leaders who supports your growth and always encourage healthy communication and create a wonderful community where people are actually excited about coming to work and engaged in the community while keeping disciplined priorities. The leadership meeting are my favorite thing about working for DaBella because it gives you actionable advice and steps to take to make the improvements best for your success and growth in all areas of life.
