Pros
It has been life changing, I've been here for 3 years and even though I didn't know anything about construction , I've learned tat if I'm more skilled its better and super rewarding for me. This has allowed me to learned how to be more disciplined in so many areas that I also use in my personal life so I'm so much happier plus getting to meet so many people from all walks and helping them out is so rewarding , I'm very driven and motivated to make a difference in others that DaBella aligns with my values as well. coming from sales where I could trust anyone here is quite the opposite someone is always willing to help you get better plus I make as much as I want ! yes please . I'd rather have someone encouraging me to go make more money then someone giving me a dirty look for wanting to make more lol . and I get to go to all kinds of places and cities which I have found some cool spots to check out! The leadership is always there and trying to get better and I can appreciate that. Aaand I get to grow as far as I want !

it was a bit confusing at the begging how to track my stats and getting rained on from time to time but now its whatever. I wont leave without a rain coat again lol
