Good opportunity to move around within the company. It is a progressive company. Lower level employees are friendly.

Too much micro-management which tends to mess things up more so than correct them. Ran inefficiently. For example, a lot of employees have been hired without proper consideration and end up being fired within weeks due to incompetence or drugs. Quite a bit of impulsive decision making on the part of management which sometimes costs the company a lot of money. Favoritism towards certain employees. HR department does not really care about employees.
