Pros
Afforded an opportunity to work on a diverse array of market and social research projects. One of the owners was very supportive and respectful of the employees.
Cons
The second owner was a control freak who knew little about research and was insecure because of his lack of knowledge and desire not to do any actual work. He treated employees disrespectfully.
