Pros
They pay on time. Salaries are generally above average.
Cons
Quarterly restructuring and redundancies to affect share prices and profit. I watched colleagues who had been with the company for up to 25 years, be treated like a number when it made more financial sense to push roles off-shore to cheap employment locations. This doesn't focus on employee loyalty, gained knowledge, masses if experience, relationships with customers, or importantly the customer experience in removing knowledgeable employees. Management bring in isolating personalities which seem to be for the primary purpose of driving long-term senior and middle management out, where management ideals differ. Bullying is a common trait from senior leadership down, although it's veiled and hidden by always "seemingly doing the right thing, having the "support channels, programmes etc" for confidential and supportive assistance, while the poor behaviour comes from the top (and I mean the top ...president type roles). There are company feedback avenues, surveys etc ...and when negative feedback is given, that HAS to be addressed, I saw a company-wide email berrating staff for their negativity !? DXC "rubber stamps everything". They publish the "correct" views on inclusivity, equality, supportive environment, feedback opportunities...etc but its all lip-service !
