Management is a disgrace, top positions are obtained by being "best buddies" with leadership. The leaders are as incompetent as they come. You have people leading software engineering teams with no software engineering skills or experience. Evaluations are a joke. If you disagree with one of their leaders once, you will be marked for life in this company and it will be reflected in the evaluations. Pay is poor with no growth opportunity. Some smart people work on the company but there is just no opportunity to progress your career. I can see this company being turned into a call center because of how bad management is running operations
