Pros
1. People work in shifts, so beyond each shift(9.5 hours), one rarely has to work. 2. Cab facility.
Cons
1. No flexibility in the location of work, i.e., no wfh policy. One has to come to the office and spend 9.5 hours, whether you have work or not. 2. Training and KT very bad. One has to perform even if he/she hasn't received any/negligible KT. 3. No job security. No reward for showing loyalty towards the company, because the company won't show loyalty towards you. 4. No hike. 5. Poor management and leadership. They have no idea in which direction to guide the employees. 6. Zero Perks.
