Trust in employees, Freedom of work without constant judgement, friendliness of staff.
Cons
Unprofessional in managing who should and shouldn't be allowed to work in the depot, regardless of the 'vetting' procedure. The 'look the other way' attitude seemed to appear in very obvious and unfair places.
