Firm runs as silos and most of the experience is group dependent. I was lucky to have a good manager and enjoyed my time there. Pick up responsibility very quickly.

Almost non-existent shared infrastructure. Tooling is pretty much up to each individual team. Wish there was more company-wide events.

Large downtown space with lots of room

Increases expenses frequently. Moves traders to accompany new traders.
