Pros
Puts much emphasis on continuous improvement and meetings. It's a very stable company and with excellent job security. Most positions offer very competitive salaries, except for entry-level out of school. The headquarters are located downtown two blocks from the circle and parking is free. It is a great place to gain valuable experience and great for those hiring in at management level positions.
Cons
The main information system was updated in 2007 to S.A.P. and there are still many problems because data is input wrong as a result of a lack of training to front end users. Furthermore, the company has typical corporate culture that can get boring. Most processes are fairly structured, however upward mobility within the company comes down to personal pursuit.
