Pros
Moving to a hybrid work schedule. Open concept offices where the department managers sit directly with their department, not separated in an office. Prefer to promote from within whenever possible.
Cons
Their extremely rapid growth was through acquisition rather than organic growth. This has created quite a few growing pains that are still working themselves out. Upper management may want to review their ability to manage the company on the new scale that they have created.
