      Salary is high and attractive Bonus is good if u re top performer and suck up to boss Staff Welfare

      Cons

      Management is lousy Easily get PIP if u re competent staff whereas incompetent staff get high bonus and no PIP U starts to question is DSV a good company

      Pros

      * Great benefits, medical, dental, vision and options for 401K /ROTH IRA. * Opportunities to grow and learn within the CO. * Once a week , on certain days, fruits & bagels provided.

      Cons

      * Unfortunately, have to deal with politics in the office, specifically clicks that management , majorly favored . Not just a few employees many are favored even if another associate is doing exemplary , they will get looked over.
