Pros

- Field role - Mostly Flexible - Different locations each day - Felt supported during covid peak in 2020

Cons

- Salaried overtime-exempt role when it should be hourly (look at other similar roles at other companies...) - Constant changes to focus, took many captains of the ship - Underpayed for the role compared to competition - Best few years for client and company, year after year less pay for FSR - Salaried overtime-exempt should mean flexible hours, sometimes over 40, sometimes under. But no, it's classified that way so they can expect you to work 10+ hours a day. Complains when employees try to have a work-life balance - Micromanaging over every step right now. We broke our backs for the last 2+ years and numbers showed it, and we didn't get any positive out of it, no wonder people are trying to only work 8 hours a day/do their role and not overachieve.

Pros

DSI is a company with a family like culture. You get to connect and collaborate with others freely. If you're looking for growth, they practice what they preach, promote from within. I have several years with the company and look forward to many more.

Cons

None come to mind right now.
