      I received a paycheck and benefits for this job.

      The Owner of the company treats people horribly. He believes that everyone is out to get him, which is odd behavior for someone who is obviously smart. He was often times abusive to his staff. He has a few long time followers, who obviously wrote some good reviews for him to cover up the negative reviews. It most likely is an HR nightmare, although from what I heard when I was there, he did not believe in human resources being involved in his business. Red flag! There were times that I saw him act downright cruel to people. You can tell from his responses to the negative posts that he is ready to fight. This is basically the behavior you will witness when employed at this company.

      The review is more personal about a person than it is about the company. I'm sure you were treated well and fair when working at dsg - that's how everyone is treated. We have more than 25 years of excellence with more than half the company's employees with over 10 years of dsg experience. That is unheard of. There is good reason for this, we foster an excellent and consistent work environment. You may not like me personally or others, but that won't change dsg's history of having a very positive and excellent work environment and a very strong and consistent successful business.

      Pros

      There are no redeeming qualities of a company who harasses businesses until they buy their useless product.

      Cons

      This company calls my business at least twice a day telling me that I'm not coming up on voice searches. That is a complete lie. I am always the first to come up on voice searches. I ask them to take me off their call list EVERY TIME. But they do not. They continue to harass me with call after call.
