Great Company - Chief Operating Officer DSCI Employee Review

This WAS a great place to work. It had excellent benefits, excellent working conditions, the pay was fantastic. Management, including the CEO, gave employees every opportunity to grow and excel.

Lazy employees who took advantage and ruined a GREAT place to work for those of us who actually had work ethics and cared about what we did. Disgruntled former employees who rather than admit their mistakes continued to blame everyone else. The CEO's only problem was giving employees too much time to perform. He should have fired people a lot sooner rather than giving them years to actually try to get them to do something. Then when heads started to finally roll and people were held accountable and started losing their jobs, they all wanted to blame him and the senior staff.

Middle management was kind and helpful in day-to-day job

Chaotic upper management. No help with professional development.
