Laid back but professional environment where everyone is treated with honor and respect. I have found it to be a most welcoming and empowering environment.

Dental plan leaves a lot to be desired.

They have a manufacturing system that is unique in the fact that they re-manufacture other OEM equipment and re-purpose equipment that would have otherwise been scrapped. It is given new life and sold back into the market place.

The company was under capitalized and did not have enough in reserve to really grow to its potential. It was run more as a family business.
