      The schedule is flexible, they will train you to get your CDL. Start-up environment but getting more professional every day.

      Cons

      Distance from corporate is a factor affecting our growth. We would be growing a lot faster if we had more attention to growing our contracts.

      My kids are great. Finally getting the pay I needed.

      Cons

      Charter and shuttle pay are below starting pay. $22.28 starting pay is $23.28. so wrong .
