Pros

DPR focuses on winning projects that benefit the community and creating a great workplace culture. Plenty of team-building events and perks. Coworkers start to feel like friends and there are good trainings/development tools. There is a pretty loose structure for how things should be done, which provides room for creativity.

Cons

It feels like compensation (at least in San Diego) isn't keeping up with competition or the cost of living in general.
