Pros
No one cares about anything and no one takes responsibility for anything, If you think its an issue, it isn't. Not so much a pro, but worth noting that if you're in here for the long term in a low position, there is a valid reason for it.
Cons
Horrific and toxic culture on the night sort. You get to work with ex-convicts (this is not a joke, I know at least 2 instances). One of the night managers assaulted an employee when I worked there and was told to disappear until things cooled off. If you are barely sentient and like being micromanaged this job is for you. There really is an endless list, cannot stress enough how bad and toxic this workplace is.
