Good co-workers here and overseas; no HR; everyone seems open. Go out to the bar with co-workers and swap stories. Flat structure in US (good and bad). CEO is brilliant and full of knowledge.You will learn lots.

Technology is very old. Most productions are outsourced to Philippines; russia; wherever. turnover rate (~20%); recent resignation of President. No real structure in US. Too much structure in Philippines. CEO has to be right. If not you might not get bonus.
