      Its not a company its a hell.

      Cons

      No reason to work here. its totally upwork based company first of all. After that its CEO Geeta is a nightmare for all employees. She pretend to be kind in front of all but behind the door she is a dangerous lady. Saturdays are off is like a rumour in this company and if somebody miss any working saturday she can directly send him/her termination mail, she doesnt care about the employees urgency at all.

      Yes, it is a hell for the people who think they can sweat talk the management and hog on the salary every month. Yes, we are a nightmare for people with low moral values and professional ethics Yes, we work on Saturdays if need be and put the client's needs before ours. BEWARE - NOT A WORKPLACE FOR POOR PERFORMERS OR FOR THE PEOPLE HAVING NO MORAL INTEGRITY.
