      Pros

      Exciting client portfolio and continued attraction of good new clients. Working with people planning, designing and building true digital products (millions of users, real impact). Day to day work with product owners, user experience specialists (from a UI perspective) and engineers. Mapping all that good "tech stuff" back to business and customer impact.

      Cons

      Things are evolving and changing all the time. And processes by which the job gets done can change accordingly. It requires flexibility and an active engagement with the company, vs. just "doing your job". True of most growth companies. But, not for everyone.

      Ok benefits, instability, layoffs/temporary salary cuts (at least it’s temporary)

      Thanks for your feedback and your contribution over the years! Yes, the times since COVID have had some ups and downs. I'm glad we stuck together (the temp salary cuts was a way of keeping core team and culture intact in a downturn) and I'm happy we're on the other side of it. Now, on to the brave new world of AI and quantum computing. I think our industry can best be described as...not easy, but every day is a new challenge; it's always fun (for those who enjoy drinking from a firehose)!
