Pros
Honestly, can't say anything good about them. Except may be a couple of kind people I've met, they were regular employees just like me.
Cons
- Every shift involved unpaid overtime. - Their only HR representative treated employees like personal servants rather than staff. - The pay was absolutely miserable. The employment contract they give you means absolutely nothing. I never received a copy — maybe I should have asked (I was too young to realise that), but they didn’t offer it either, likely due to their shady practices. The salary was initially written in pencil and later changed to whatever amount they wanted. - I never saw my signed contract again, and my actual salary ended up being 30–40% lower than what was promised. - The so-called “trial period” lasts a full four months. When I finally decided I’d had enough, they didn’t pay me for the last month at all. Apparently, this is a common practice there. Because later I met about 5 people that happend to work there before, everyone had the same outcome. - They mostly hire teenagers who don’t know their rights and are unlikely to speak up. - The work environment is toxic, the pay is low, and the employee turnover is massive.
