I worked 4 years with this company - very friendly environment ,to work here feel like family . - having many core java/j2ee projects , you can ask your manager if you want to switch project - very friendly Higher management and HR . - Many out side projects and onsite opportunities . - Opportunity to explore yourself . - good opportunity to interact directly with clients. - Good CAB facility , you can ask to Admin team any time to arrange the cab - Laptops are provided to all employees . - very good leave management . - frequent office parties . - work balance life - very good increment in salary in every year average 25% .
