- Big company, work with large amount of small teams - A flat hierarchy means lots of freedom to make your own decisions (e.g. software stack to use, project decisions) - Plenty of small perks, like a ground floor cafe and beer & pizza nights

- Few best practices, steep learning curve - Hard to know who's in charge - Manpower can be short, department is extremely busy
