The team is great, and for a long time, people loved coming to work at DMV.org, but that has changed in the last 6 months
Cons
The owner. When he has stayed away from the business, we had the best team, the best culture and lots of success. When he decided to get back involved, it all fell apart. He is rude, disrespectful, arrogant and dishonest. He hires a team of a "yes men" to surround him, only serving to boost his ego. He is the reason people are running from this company. His decisions are also making us bankrupt.
