Pros
Once you are outsourced to a client company, DMS does not involve interfere with your work.
Work life balance.
Cons
Pushing too much to participate in extra curricular activities such like parties, meetings, gatherings, etc.
When you work as a contract basis (IDK about the permanent employees) employee you don’t get increments or promotions for the contract year. No matter what. If the employee is super extra ordinary and they can’t resist it they’ll give a maximum of 4-5% salary increment based on your performance throughout the year.
Management encourages the employees not to rate themselves extra ordinary under any conditions in their annual self review forms. Once they rate theirselves average or so, the company takes it to their advantage to provide with a minimum raise.
The company’s salaries are at least 50% less than the average for a particular role in Sri Lankan job market.
Follows very traditional expired rules such like sticking into formal dress codes, etc.
Pretty much no support/involvement when the employee has some conflict with the client company.
Do not provide B cards, service letters in time once an employee resigns. It takes forever to collect them all.
No other benefits such like insurance, trainings, overseas travel opportunities, etc.
