Pros
DMC is a modern engineering company that revolves around work-life balance. The president has done a great job really being transparent about how the company is doing and also making sure are company values are being upheld. Everyone that works here is carefully hand picked and with good reason. DMC wants the best and they set high standards but also reward their employees with constant activities. The PTO is generous. It's truly a great company to work for all around.
Cons
Personal growth seems to be a bit of a challenge in this company. There is a big gap between upper management and employees that have been around for a year or two. It makes it difficult for the newer employees to develop as young leaders because the upper management is so busy juggling a million things.
