      The president and the CEO of the company only look out for themselves they pocket money into their pocket. You can do a great job and they will let you go when the opportunity presented it self. The pay is beyond minimum wage.

      Varied project mix, supportive work environment, above average benefit package, you can have a life and work at the same time.

      Cons

      Small but highly competitive market that leads to fluctuating opportunities and the possibility of layoffs once work gets slow. Not a particularly sophisticated marketplace, most projects not cutting edge in terms of level of design or budget.
