Good place to work. People are supportive

Need to work hard and put more extra hours

There are a high number of studies therefore less worry about being laid off

Overloaded with work and under paid. The site managers and site directors show favoritism and put work that they don't want to do on their employees. The executives don't care. The benefits are trash. Its not a place that you would work at until retirement
