Needs a Face Lift - Project Coordinator DLL Employee Review

Extreme lack of focus on Diversity and Inclusion. It appears that it was a focus when there was the global protest of George Floyd, now since that has subsided. Its Business as usual. Its insulting to see how those tragic experiences were used to appear supportive. There is no real action to improve and hold leadership accountable. Setting goals is one thing, forming committees is one thing, but where is the real change?
