Pros
Very fast paced which kept it exciting and provided a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. Some very cool people are there - for now, international travel is a great perk.
Cons
Unqualified management, staff frustrated with the lack of managements ability to lead and make intelligent decisions, no good process management, lack of good communication and tremendous confusion regarding processes that seem to change on a whim, consistently strong armed by overseas personnel.
