- The people mostly are easy to talk to and work with. Easy to get along with
- Work life balance (kind of)
Cons
- Upper management has no direction on what they want to achieve. As long as targets are reached, however you do your work. In the end, people don’t care about 1 objective, just to deliver anything to show they have output
- No roadmap for teams to follow
- Some managers play favorites. If you are not one of their “preferred” employees, you get treated like garbage. You don’t get treated with professional respect. Is it worth your mental health? Not really.
- Overreliance on Chinese advisers who don’t know the pulse of the Filipino
