Work is usually at convenient times, managers are friendly and good atmosphere
Cons
Pay times are ridiculous, it seems like they will just pay whenever they like. Was told it would be a monthly payment and was not paid for two months then was paid once and not paid again even though it was the Christmas period. Now again I was expecting to be paid and there's nothing. Lack of management to even sort this out
