Pros
they are trying to improve themselves concerning safety and the day to day running of the factory. I would say if you are just starting out in factory work this is a good place to start. real simple stuff. AND they have food in the break room with a chief that makes a hot lunch everyday. plus there is a fully stocked fridge. you won't go hungry.
Cons
They haven't given raises in almost two years. They say they are on a 'freeze' but a few people did get a raise in Nov. huh? They seem to play favorites.
