Overwhelming and unappreciated - Store Manager DICK'S Sporting Goods Employee Review

Upper management is fully disconnected from what the store manager experience is Overworked, exhausted, under-staffed and unbelievable operations expectations. Company says it was voted a top place to work but I can assure you that store managers were not polled. They have lost touch with reality and taken the fun out of helping athletes find fun sporting goods items.
